Our four-phase process allows us to collect the goals and requirements of a project and ensure the delivery of a successful site or application. We have developed this process to streamline planning, design and development, and to keep projects on schedule and on budget.
Preproduction
The most important phase of any project, Preproduction involves planning for what will need to be done, and how it will be achieved. During this phase we will meet with you to gain a better understanding of your requirements, and to help educate you of potential solutions to challenges that may be presented during the project. Throughout this stage we will build the necessary documentation for your site or application that can serve as a reference for employees, managers, investors and other vendors.
Production
The Production phase of a project involves the design of the product, construction of the site or application, testing and quality assurance, and final handover of project assets. During this phase the project will come to life, and at completion a functional product will be delivered.
Maintenance
The Maintenance phase of our process includes training and/or additional updates that will be necessary for upkeep of the site. These updates may include design tweaks, minor development fixes, solution training, and other services.
Analysis
The final phase is an analysis of site performance as well as a retrospective look at the project to improve the process for future initiatives. During this phase we will review process efficiency, communications, response times, content provisions, quality, and overall effectiveness.
